Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time — free of charge.

Option A — request it here

Fill in the form below with the email address tied to your account and the app it belongs to. We’ll verify the request and confirm by email.

Option B — email us

Prefer email? Send your request to developer@innovativevalley.tech from the address on your account, telling us which app it relates to.

Option C — in the app

If your app offers in-app accounts, you can also delete your account directly under Settings → Account → Delete account within that app.

What gets deleted

• Deleted: your account record, profile, content you created in the app, and personal identifiers tied to you.
• Retained only where required: limited records we must keep by law (for example, transaction/tax records for purchases) and anonymised, non-identifying analytics that can no longer be linked to you.

How long it takes

We verify and action deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days, then confirm by email. If a legal hold requires us to retain specific records longer, we’ll tell you what and why.
