Terms of Service & End-User Licence Agreement
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website innovativevalley.tech and, together with the End-User Licence Agreement in Section 9, the mobile applications published by Innovative Valley (“we”, “us”). By using the site or our apps you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Who we are
Innovative Valley is operated by [Your registered business name], [Your business address]. Contact: contact@innovativevalley.tech.
3. Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a scale that burdens our infrastructure, or to misuse the contact form (for example, to send spam or unlawful content).
4. Intellectual property
The website and apps, including their design, code, text, logos and the “Innovative Valley” name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them as intended; all other rights are reserved.
5. Your content
If an app lets you create or submit content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display that content so the app can function. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights to it.
6. Purchases, subscriptions & renewals
Some apps offer paid features or auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the price and interval disclosed at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings.
7. Disclaimers
The website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain consumer rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovative Valley will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the website or apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
9. End-User Licence Agreement (apps)
This EULA applies to each Innovative Valley app you download. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play usage rules, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the app except as the law allows.
9.1 Apple App Store — additional terms
For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- This EULA is between you and Innovative Valley only, not with Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; support requests should go to developer@innovativevalley.tech.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing product-liability, legal/regulatory, or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist-supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list.
9.2 Google Play — additional terms
For apps obtained through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect our users or services. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of [your jurisdiction] will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, a clearer notice. Questions: contact@innovativevalley.tech.
