Reporting a bug

To help us fix things fast, please include in your email:

  • The app name and version (Settings → About, inside the app).
  • Your device and OS (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.4 / Pixel 8, Android 15).
  • What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
  • A screenshot or screen recording if you can.

How do I delete my account and data?

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions).

Where’s your privacy policy?

Right here: Privacy Policy. Each app also links its own policy on its store listing.

Do you offer refunds?

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded under Apple’s and Google’s refund policies. If something’s wrong, email us first — we’ll help sort it out.
